60 days to return
Parcels can be returned at local post offices within 60 days after the return label is generated (except in Finland, where returns must be made to Matkahuolto parcel machines or pick-up points).

Our convenient and easy return service is available for your customers from 25 destination countries. For returns, the parcel size and weight allowance matches destination country limits.
Compensation
In the event of loss or damage to the shipment, compensation is provided: max amount per shipment is 500 € and it does not depend on the service or additional services of the original shipment.

It includes main parcel delivery details together with delivery date and time. If this additional service is chosen, the proof of delivery can be requested through Omniva customer service.
